How to prepare your space for a home massage

You don't need a spa at home. A few small choices make a big difference to how deeply you relax in your hour.

Pick the quietest room

Choose a room away from the TV, the kitchen and the front door. A bedroom usually works best. Let the household know you'll be unavailable for the hour.

Clear a little floor space

The table is about the size of a single bed. Clear enough room to walk around it on all sides, and move fragile items off nearby surfaces.

Set the temperature

Lying still under a sheet, you'll cool down faster than you expect. If the AC is on, set it a few degrees warmer than usual or switch to a fan on low. If the power might go off, keep the room comfortable without relying on the AC alone.

Lighting and sound

Soft, low light helps you switch off. I bring a little music, but if you have something you love, have it ready. Put your phone on silent and face down.

If you have your own table and linen

Clients with their own massage table, clean sheets and towels pay ₦50,000 instead of ₦70,000. Have them out and ready, and mention it in your request so I know what to bring.

Quick answers

Can I have the massage on my bed?

A proper table is better for your comfort and for good technique, which is why I bring one. A bed is too soft and too low.

Should someone else be home?

That's your choice. Sessions are private and one on one.

Ready for your hour?

₦70,000 for one hour at your home, office or hotel in Ibadan, or ₦50,000 if you have your own table and linen. Send a request and I'll call you to confirm.
