Home massage in Ibadan: what to expect at your first session

If you've never had a massage at home, it's normal to wonder how it actually works. Here's the whole hour, start to finish, so nothing feels unfamiliar.

Before the day

You send a request on the site with your area, preferred day and time window. I call you to confirm the details and answer any questions, then send payment instructions. Your slot is booked once full payment lands.

Use the notes box to tell me anything that matters: areas you want focused on or avoided, allergies to oils, recent surgery, pregnancy, or any health condition. If you're unsure whether massage suits you, check with your doctor first.

When I arrive

I arrive on time with a portable massage table, fresh linen, towels and oils, unless you've told me you have your own. Setup takes about 10 to 15 minutes in any room with enough floor space to walk around a table: a bedroom, living room, office or hotel room all work.

While I set up, you can change in private. You'll lie under a sheet or towel the whole time, and only the area I'm working on is uncovered.

During the hour

You choose the pressure: light, medium or firm. Tell me any time if you want more, less, or a different area. I keep conversation to a minimum so you can switch off, but you set the pace.

A typical relaxation session moves through back, shoulders, neck, arms and legs. If you only want one area, such as your neck and shoulders, say so and we'll spend the hour there.

After

I give you a few minutes to get up slowly, offer water, then pack everything away and leave the room as I found it. Many women book in the evening so they can go straight to bed afterwards.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. A shower beforehand is nice but not required. Just have a quiet room ready.

About 1 hour 20 minutes including setup and pack-away. The massage itself is a full hour.
